Dylan, as everyone else has mentioned is very thorough. Having a home inspector that also can handle mold inspection like Dylan is a HUGE plus. His reports are easily understood and have color coordination, making a 50 page inspection document something that isn’t a drudgery. I enjoyed his breakdown post-inspection and the conversation that ensued afterward. Outside of his exemplary professionalism, he is an interesting guy. 10 out 10 would refer him to family and friends and a invite to the cookout
